Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact; please note that built custom completes cannot be returned.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package your items using the original shipping box or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until your refund has been processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange items within 5 working days.
